Professional group

About:

In this group we offer set and non-set band saw blades with extended durability, which are manufactured by QSGS Technology according to its own patent-protected technology. We use three types of spring steel for production of saw blades from this group: QSX 50, QSX 48, QSX 32 (with following alloy elements: carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, vanadium, molybdenum and nickel).

The steel is manufactured within controlled supply chain from metallurgical furnace charge of ThyssenKrupp AG and rolled in rolling mill Risse + Wilke, according to German the industrial norm DIN EN 10140 and the company norm QS 2010 with tightened tolerances of width, thickness, flatness, camber and steel composition. Narrowing of above mentioned tolerances significantly improves the quality of our saw blades.

Most of manufacturing processes of Armoth Professional blades are protected by patent law. The entire process is examined and supervised by engineers from our factory laboratory. In this group we achieve measurement repeatability of tooth geometry +/- 0,02 mm. Blades with extended durability enable our customers to enhance  work efficiency, save wood during cutting process and bring better quality to finished products. Blades from Armoth Professional group can work continuously up to 8 hours, and they do not require setting for up to 5 sharpenings.

Armoth Professional non-set blades are currently the most technologically advanced in the world. The most important feature of these blades is the ability to achieve the highest productivity and at the same time obtaining  the best surface of sawn lumber. We eliminated the exhausting tooth setting operation.

Saw blades in this group differ by alloy elements’ content, width and thickness, blade body hardness, cutting edge hardness and material used for tipping (Stellite, HSS, Tungsten carbide).

Armoth Professional saw blades are tools for leaders of professional wood cutting.
