Laboratory

In order to achieve and maintain the highest quality of manufactured blades, the on-site research laboratory was created. It is one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the industry with the measurement accuracy of 1nm (1/1000 mm), including non-contact measurements. 

With high-tech control and measurement instruments we continuously oversee production process of each blade and test technical parameters of finished products. We also control the quality of supplied production materials. Research works focus, among others, on materials engineering, including steel heat treating and durability, shape tolerances, productivity and life expectancy of cutting edge. 

We consistently carry out numerous tests and research and development projects. A thorough analysis of collected technical data contributed to introduction of innovative technological processes, implementation of which is patent-protected.
